Alonso Martínez is a Certified Public Accountant in Mexico with more than four decades of experience in accounting, tax, and financial administration. He leads all accounting and financial operations for the firm in Mexico, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong financial management across its cross-border structure.


Born in Puebla, Mexico, Alonso has built his career on a foundation of discipline, integrity, and long-term commitment to service. His professional path reflects a deep understanding of both public and private sector operations, as well as the evolving financial needs of businesses and organizations across Mexico.


He began his career in 1979 with Luz y Fuerza del Centro, where he held key roles managing monetary, human, and material resources within the commercial management division. This early experience provided him with a comprehensive operational perspective and strong administrative discipline that continue to define his work today.


In addition to his institutional experience, Alonso has spent many years supporting a wide range of clients, including small and medium-sized businesses, individuals, civil associations, and partnerships, combining technical precision with a personalized and practical approach.

He holds a degree in Public Accounting from the Universidad Tecnológica de México and has pursued continuous professional development through specialized diplomas in Tax Law, Financial Administration, Quality Management Systems, and Real Estate Development. His commitment to ongoing education ensures that his work remains aligned with current regulations and best practices.


At the firm, Alonso is responsible for overseeing all accounting, tax, and administrative matters related to operations in Mexico. His leadership plays a critical role in maintaining financial stability and operational structure, supporting both internal processes and client-facing services.


In addition to his role within the firm, Alonso works closely with the firm’s corporate practice, contributing his accounting and financial expertise in matters where tax, financial structure, and business operations are closely tied to the legal strategy.
