Cynthia Bakulich | Corporate & Immigration Paralegal

She plays a vital role in ensuring the firm operates efficiently while also contributing to the legal support that clients rely on throughout their cases.

Cynthia was born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, in a bicultural family shaped by immigration and perseverance. Her grandfather, a Croatian immigrant who arrived in New York City at a young age, instilled in her the values of hard work, resilience, and the courage to pursue opportunities in a new country. His story became a lasting source of inspiration and continues to influence her personal and professional path.

Guided by that same determination, Cynthia later moved to the United States in search of new opportunities. She began her career in the restaurant industry, where her dedication, leadership, and positive attitude quickly set her apart. Through consistent effort and commitment, she advanced to the role of general manager, gaining valuable experience in operations, team leadership, and client service.

Driven by a desire to grow and make a meaningful impact, Cynthia pursued formal legal education through the Paralegal Studies program at Los Angeles City College. Her academic journey reflects her belief that education is a powerful tool to create change, not only for herself but also for the community she serves.

Today, Cynthia is responsible for managing the firm’s administrative systems of the Firm in the United States, implementing processes that allow the legal team to operate with structure, efficiency, and consistency. In addition, she supports attorneys in corporate and immigration matters, providing essential assistance that helps move cases forward smoothly and effectively.

Her bicultural background and personal experience navigating life between Mexico and the United States allow her to connect naturally with clients, particularly those facing cross-border challenges. She approaches her work with empathy, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Outside of her professional role, Cynthia is a proud mother to a young daughter and deeply values her role at home. Her family is her greatest source of motivation and strength, and this perspective continues to shape her dedication to helping others build stability and opportunity for their own families.

Cynthia’s journey reflects perseverance, growth, and commitment, qualities that she brings into her work every day as she supports both the firm and the clients it serves.
